CELPIP is a trademark of the applicable trademark owner.

Winston College's CELPIP preparation services are educational preparation services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Winston College does not represent that its preparation course is endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially connected with the CELPIP testing organization.

7. Registration

When registering for a program or course, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is correct.

Winston College may contact you if additional information is required to process your registration.

8. Course Fees and Payment

Applicable course fees will be displayed on the relevant registration or payment page.

Where the promotional offer is active, the IELTS or CELPIP preparation course may be offered at $99 CAD.

Prices, promotions, course availability, and schedules may change without notice.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed at checkout.

9. 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to see how we teach before you commit. That's why every student can try the course first.

  • Attend the first class of your batch in person at our campus
  • You're welcome to keep attending classes while you decide
  • If the course isn't the right fit, request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first class
  • You'll receive 100% of your $99 back. The payment platform may deduct its processing fee (such as 2.9% + $0.30) from the initial payment
  • Example: if your first class is on Tuesday, October 6, you can request a refund up to the end of Tuesday, October 13

10. Payment Confirmation

A purchase is considered completed only after the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the applicable payment provider.

Winston College may provide an electronic confirmation following a successful payment.

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or cancelled, Winston College may suspend or withhold access to the applicable service until the payment issue is resolved.

11. Course Access

Where online course access is provided, access may be subject to the course schedule, registration period, payment status, and other applicable course requirements.

Students must not share their course login credentials or paid course access with another person.

Winston College may suspend access where there is evidence of unauthorized account sharing, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

12. Course Materials

Course materials provided by Winston College are intended for the student's personal educational use.

Unless Winston College provides written permission, students must not:

  • Reproduce course materials for commercial purposes
  • Sell or redistribute course materials
  • Share paid course materials with other individuals
  • Upload course materials to public websites
  • Distribute recordings or proprietary materials
  • Copy or commercially exploit Winston College's educational content
